I've got an issue due to report generation using 3 different methods:
1. Create report by generating URL
The data submissions were truncated more than half
2. Create report by integrating Google Spreadsheet
The data was truncated by 1/3 of total submissions
3. Create report by clicking "Excel" button in submission area
Excell report downloaded in 3 parts, completed data submissions, but takes 3 steps to finish the process
Based on these 3 different methods, actually method #1 is the most appropriate in term of simplicity and method #3 in term of data submission completeness. Since I have another team managing the data (without knowing the inside ot Jotform) I need a method combine these simplicity and completeness. Kindly advice what is the best method I have?

Unfortunately, this is a limitation on the system. I see that the form has a total of 20227 submissions. Our back-end system can only generate a specific number of submissions in one excel file, which is why it needs to be downloaded in three parts on your end, that is actually the solution presented by our developers for users who have a lot of submissions and wants to download them all.
If you generate an Excel report link, the data will be truncated because of the limit.
With Google Spreadsheet, I believe they have a limitation of 400,000 cells, but they seem to have already increase that limitation. Could you please try again and see if it is still truncating? If it is, then it is most likely related to JotForm system which can only process a specific number of submissions to be fetched.
If you want, I can forward this to our developers to allow method #1 to handle downloading of submissions better. However, I believe they have already covered that part in method 3. Regardless, they will be aware of this and you will get an update on this thread as soon as a change has been made.
For method 2, I believe that one might be more feasible because Google has increased the number of maximum cells that their spreadsheet can store. I opened a separate thread for it. Here's a link to that one: https://www.jotform.com/answers/976118. It will be address accordingly.

Thanks for your advice, considering your idea:

as I mentioned previously, it would be nice if you can provide method #1 for the simplicity but with complete downloaded submission data. Kindly inform if the mechanism are available in near future.
