We have a form called 'Venue Hire Form'. I have stopped receiving emails to firstname.lastname@example.org when new forms are submitted. I have logged in to check if I have been removed as a recipient, but it won't let me click the 'emails' icon. I have tried editing other forms and it works fine, but something about the Venue Hire Form isn't working.

I see that you're having an issue with receiving emails to your email address at email@example.com but, are unable to click on the email button to check your notification setup on your form.
Upon investigating this problem I found I am able to replicate this problem and I believe it may be since it appears you are trying to access your form through an unsecured url (http) and that this is preventing you from opening up the email in the formbuilder since we've switched to (https) for optimal security reasons.
Since your form is on https://www.jotformeu.com/form/52144194459358 please try logging into your account using https://www.jotformeu.com then try clicking on the email button again to see if it'll work for you.
If you continue to experience a problem with it though then please let us know.
