Sending emails to the submitters

Como faço parágrafo Baixar o Banco de Dados com todos OS Dados, or Pelo Menos de e-mails, das Pessoas Que utilizaram Serviços OS não Formulário?

If I understand you correctly, you're referring to the Export Data tool in the Account Data page.

Once the data is ready for download, you'll receive an email notification that contains the download link of the Zip file.

A dúvida é a seguinte: tenho um formulário dedicado para receber consulta​
sobre hospedagem. A pessoa quando preenche, obrigatoriamente precisa
fornecer endereço de e-mail. Eu quero fazer retenção dessa informação para
formar um cadastro e enviar e-mail marketing sobre promoções, por exemplo.

My understanding is that you already created a consultation form and you want to collect the email address of the users. You can use the Email Newsletter App, here's the link: http://email.jotform.io/. This app lets you send an email to people who completed your forms. 

You may also integrate your form to MailChimp. Here's a guide: How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp
