Changing a form name when it's been duplicated

Asked by KatieMac on October 31, 2016 at 08:13 AM

I have created a form which I duplicated and then edited.

I have renamed the new edited form and its link.

However, when I share the form, the link icon is still showing the name of the original form which was duplicated, even though the form title and form link are different.

How can I change the link title to match the new form title?

You can change the form title in the Preferences menu.

The "Title" can be found under the General tab. The "Page Title" can be found in the Advanced tab.

May I ask where are you trying to share the form? I tried sharing the form URL in Facebook and it appears that the form title is correct.

Also, please provide the correct form URL so that we can further investigate.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
