    Sending emails to specific addresses depending on form selections

    I would like to set a condition so that if specific fields are filled then it send to a email to specific addresses. Does the address need to be registered with Jotform?

    this isnt working for me currently.

    Yes, you can have your email notifications sent out based on conditions. Please see the following guide for details:

    I believe the above guide shows how to achieve it, but if you experience any issues setting it up, please let us know which form you are working on, what should be the conditions, and what is the recipient that you are trying to send emails to?

    The recipient of the email notification does not need to be registered on JotForm. You can set up email notifications to addresses that haven't been registered with us:
