The submissions are no longer syndicating to my email, how do we fix?

    Currently, the marketing request form was pushing through requests to my email and now it's remaining stuck on the site. It's critical to have these submissions forwarded to my email because checking jot forms is inefficient for me. 

    Please help resolve. It was working up until two weeks ago. Thanks.

    The email recipients are not in the bounce list. I checked your notification and I can see that it is configured correctly.

    I did a test submission in your form but it didn't appear in the mail logs. 

    Please try creating a separate email notification for the each recipient and check if it will work or not. In addition to that, I will also clear your form cache.

    We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
