File upload field is not in the right position

Asked by gnickoloff on October 31, 2016 at 11:18 AM

At one time this worked, but has since stopped working.

It appears that there are problems with the form CSS and the "upload" button display/function elements.

The button "div" appears on the left, but there is a "hot" area on the right that actually has the button (which is hidden by CSS) and the drag/drop area is hidden completely. I tried changing the button styles to remove any unnecessary CSS, but the changes don't take effect.

    Can you please fix this.

I opened your webpage and I can see that the File Upload field is working properly. I tested this in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Here's a screen capture:

I checked the custom CSS you injected to the form and I can see that it is working.

You are probably describing the layout in the Form Builder. This is a normal behavior because the CSS you injected is not yet fully implemented. You need to open the actual form to see the final layout.

Are you still having issues with the File Upload field? If yes, let us know so that we can further investigate. Thank you.
