not receiving notification of form (still)

This is the 3rd time I've contacted Jotform about this issue (just sent you an email over the weekend but didn't hear back).  When Jotform and I test it from within my Jotform account, I receive a notification  but when I test the form via a published link, neither the person who completes the form gets a copy of their form and nor do I as the creator of the form.  I didn't change anything on the setup of the email notifications after creating this form and they were working perfectly up until sometime last week.  

I need this corrected and need to be assured that this isn't going to happen on another of my forms.  We are not exceeding any limits so don't why we are getting this problem.  Thank you.

Have you checked your spam folder? We have had some issues which would make notifications end up in spam/junk folders, but we have fixed this now, so removing the emails from spam folders should fix the problem. Let us know if you need more help.

I can confirm that we're having the same issue here. I'm getting lots of complaints from staff about JotForm emails not making it to them. In some cases, it can be a few days. 

@DLsupport, this should be fixed by now, please make sure to remove the notifications from your spam folder, and update us is the issue continues, so we can notify our back-end team.

We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
