    Our form applications are not coming to our email

    When people submit their contracts, applications, etc these things are NOT coming through email despite the correct emails being set up. It won't even send a test email, even though it says it does. Because of this my other business has missed many job applications and new client applications. Apparently it's been going on for MONTHS. It doesn't matter if they click from the URL or of the link is sent directly.
    Please fix this

    We have an issue with our email system where emails are being filtered as spam. Your form email settings are correct so I would suggest checking your spam folder for the emails. Login to your Gmail account to view the spam folder instead of your using your email client. The emails should be there. 

    Our developers are already working on this and as far as I know, we've already released a fix for this. Can you try again?

    Actually they weren't coming over to either emails. Not in spam, not in any other form. Since my original post, I sought the issue on my own and fixed it before you checked. Your system put the emails on the bounce list. After research on my own and going through the many other list of the same complaints from many others- I found the solution by going to account settings and putting in the emails to be removed from the auto bounce system you seem to have set up. Hopefully the system jotform uses doesn't do it again. We lost many potential clients because forms were never getting to us. Since one of our business is rather slow of response via the form- and the other is not- but was working last we knew- and there had been no visits to jotform to change anything prior to us not receiving emails, we didn't think to come log in to check here. As we just assumed lack of response emails was just because of a slow time. Won't make that mistake again, and also looking into other responsive form websites. 
    A fix is fixing it, without having people having to go manually do it for themselves or waiting for a response. A fix is actually stopping the problem all together.

    I'm sorry to hear about that. Gmail is best with Jotform. We don't have any issues with Gmail at all since then. It's just recently that we are experiencing issues with emails being filtered as spam by Gmail. But again, we've fixed this already. I have personally tried the notification with Gmail and it worked so I'm sure it will do the same to your end.

    As for the bounce thing, glad that you were able to figure it out. I honestly didn't check your email from the bounce list for the same reason above, Gmail doesn't have any issues with Jotform.
