Hi! I currently have two forms. One of them I get email notifications for whenever someone submits it, the other one I don't. How do I turn on email notifications for the latter? Thanks!Page URL:

It seems that the email notification is already configured on your form #62860857475166. I would like to suggest checking a Spam folder at gmail.com to see if the messages ended up there.
