A cloned from old form is still displaying the old form

We have taken the 2016 - 2017 form and changed the information for 2017 - 2018.  We have posted the 2017 - 2018 form on our website, yet when the public accesses it, they get the 2016 - 2017 form.  We can't get rid of it and don't know what to do.  Go to www.sfps.info/mims and click on the 2017 - 2018 application.  You will see that the 2016 - 2017 form appears.

I have checked your web page and see that the form https://form.jotform.com/62785844978176 is linked on the page. This title of the form is displaying as "Mandela International Magnet School Application for School Year 2017-18". However, the form content is still displaying 2016-17. Could you confirm if the form also is edited with the changes? If you have made the changes to the form and they are not reflecting in the form, please try reverting the form to an earlier working version from the form revision history.
