How can I have customer input cc info safely for us to hold thier reservation?

I want to build a form where customers must leave credit card info to hold their reservation.

I want it to block the number out after they insert it. Is there a safe way to do this?

It is against our terms of use to collect credit card info on plain text fields. 

If you want to have payment fields inside of your form you have to use one of JotForm payment tools.
