Why have all uploaded images have disappeared from my form submissions?

    All of the images that were uploaded with our form submissions have disappeared and are broken links. Please advise.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We had a temporary issue in regards to the File Upload field a while ago. Our developers immediately fixed this issue.

    I checked your form submission and I can see that the uploaded files are showing properly. Here's a screenshot:

    The URL you provided is working as well, I clicked it and I was able to see the uploaded image.
