How can I get a refund to reflect the education discount?

On Friday, October 28, we applied for an education discount and was approved, however, I upgraded before the approval came through because we desperately needed to see our applications.  Can we get the discount refunded to the credit card charge?

I'm sorry, but refunding the difference is not possible since the subscription is on the original price. The renewal will be the same on the next month. I have canceled the subscription and refunded the payment. Expect the refund returned to your card within 4-10 business days.

You have to re-upgrade using the discounted pricing plan link from the email that you get after being approved. Your form submissions are safe so nothing to worry about this cancellation. I have also reset your limit so to make sure your forms will continue to work during this process.
