Widgets: Take Photo and Signature widgets are not working

    Hello,

On Friday one of my forms stopped being able to capture pictures on a first generation iPad mini or use the signature widget.

The iPad is up to date, but it does not have the latest software (iOS 10 cannot be download on the first generation iPad mini). The form still works on an iPhone running iOS 10 and on an iPad running iOS 8.1.2.

Now another form has stopped working with the camera and signature widgets.

Please let me know what I can do to get the picture function back up and running.

    Thanks!

Hello Jamison, although I don't have a physical device to test your form with (using an iPad Mini 1st gen), I used an emulator and this is how I saw your form from my perspective:

The Take Photo Widget worked as intended - Instead of showing the camera, I was presented with the File Upload field.

The Signature Widget worked as intended too - It showed up on the form and I managed to sign it.

Are you still having issues? If so, can you share us a screenshot of how each of these widgets look like from your end? Here's how: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum
