How do I get the product information to the PayPal?

on payment received from paypal, as you can see on my third screenshot I did not received the description on the items at all. All we need on paypal is to show what is the item name that they are buying.

Since your JotForm is using custom calculation and the total amount is passed to the PayPal, unfortunately, it is not possible to send the other information related to the products to PayPal. If you need to have the product information to be passed to PayPal, it is required to configure the products and pricing using the payment wizard.
