I am not getting notification emails sent. How can I fix?

    Hi, I am doing a form for a client. They are working in iWeb. Everything is working well, except that no emails are sent when I send a form from the site. It works fine when I test from the notification window, but it won't send notification from the site. When I export the script, I use the specific version for iWeb. What can I do to fix?

     

    The link to the form is on the home page at the bottom "opt in".

    Kathy, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Can you please tell your client to whitelist JotMail's Ip Addresses? I've checked our email logs and JotForm has successfully sent the notification emails to your client's email address.

    If this still doesn't work, please do let us know.
