Not Receiving Submissions.

    My Forms --> City-Spree Driver Application Form  isn't receiving email notifications upon users submitting the application.

     

    The method of embed through our website is through iframe script per the following: 

     

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/62765517401152"></script>

    Can see people are submitting upon checking jotform, but the important factor here is email notifications aren't being received. 

     

    I have read the FAQ on your site and tried to check bounce list and the emails with the issue are not on there.

     

    Please help solve the issue.

    There was an issue we had earlier today.  However, this issue should be fixed. Please double check your spam folder and mark the emails as not spam.

    Hello,

    We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
