Hello Aidam, I checked your account and the actual form you created but failed to reproduce this problem you're describing. I was able to click the PUBLISH icon and it loaded the PUBLISH wizard just fine:
Perhaps it was a temporary client-sided issue. But just in case you're still having issues opening the Publish Wizard, please share us a screenshot (here's how) of how you see it from your end so we can have another look.
You may also try to clear your browser's cache and cookies then log back in to your JotForm account to see if that will help.
