Contract text and signature included in printed version

Hi,

I am looking for a way to have a printed version of the whole contract and electronic signature once each has been submitted.

The E-Signature will be included in the PDF report of your submissions by default, it will be as an image, but the text you've added to your form will be hidden by default, you will need to change this on the submissions page so the text will also show in the PDF printed version of a submission, to know how to do this, please check this guide: How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission
