We have it working on some of our forms, but went to update a form for the month of November, and the integration option for Freshbooks is no longer available as an option?!? Has this been discontinued? I hope not, because honestly - that was the only thing that was keeping us with your service. We already have HUGE issues with just receiving responses via email - 50% of the time, we don't get what we should. Were you just going to remove the Freshbooks integration and not let anyone know?!?
URGENT REQUEST - CAN YOU HELP ME? I really need to get this form online before midnight. Anyone have any clue about Freshbooks and why the integration option is no longer there? I need to know if I should seek an alternative.
You're right, I also could not find the Freshbook App in the integrations list. I will escalate this thread to our developers so we get to know the reasons why. Normally, we remove apps when they're no longer working to avoid further issues. You will receive updates form the higher ups on this thread.
Meantime, you might want to consider using Zapier as the gateway so you can integrate JotForm with Freshbooks. This should work.
We've had a brief period where it was under maintenance and is back online now.

This feature is gone again. Was working fine but then after the upgrade to your new form builder, it is not an option again. Is this not going to be available with the new JotForm?
