When adding a form to a Facebook page and clicking on the "add JotForm tab" button nothing happens.

Thanks for your help. When I click 'add jotform tab' button, nothing
happens. Everything else has worked but it's like something is blocking
this. Any ideas?

I have checked the Facebook sharing option and I can see it works on my end, but do note that it opens a pup op and if pop ups are not allowed in your web browser then you will not get it, so I would suggest you to check the settings in your web browser and allow pop ups from the JotForm domain (www.jotform.com) so you can get it and complete the process. 

Also, make sure you have logged in the Facebook page where you want the form to be added, otherwise you may get a message indicating that you've not permission to follow with the publishing process. 

Please if the issue still persists share us a screenshot of the web console when you click on the "add JotForm tab", these keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the console on your web browser: 

Google Chrome:

Mac: Command + Option + J

Windows: Control + Shift + J

Firefox:

Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

Mac: Command+Option+K
