Hi.  Every time someone fills out any of our forms, when we get the email notification they are all going into our spam folder.  How do we fix this?

Sorry about that - This is something that our developers are aware of. To fix this, ensure you will mark the emails as NOT SPAM (this highly depends on your email client) so I recommend you open your email through Webmail and not through your email client (e.g. Outlook) then look for the option to mark the email as NOT SPAM.

    Here's something similar through GMail:

I also strongly advise you add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email's contact list.

Hello.  We have removed the emails from the spam folder on numerous occasions and marked them as "Not Spam".  We will go ahead and add the noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to our contacts and see if that works.  If it does not, what is a back-up option?

    Thank you for doing that.

I checked your form (https://www.jotform.com/41575199770971) and I can see that the form notification is configured properly. The email recipient is not in the bounce list as well.

If the issue persist, please let us know so that we can further investigate.
