We keep asking for a password reset, but no email comes to us. What is the issue?

We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing.
When I checked the e-mail address "email@example.com", the account I found associated with this e-mail belongs to the username " NoviRFKids". The reason to not getting reset e-mail is due to the fact that your e-mail was in bounce list. I already removed it and you can receive e-mails from us successfully after that.
Please have a try once again and you should receive the reset email. If not, please contact us and we will create a new password for you.
