I checked our mail logs and confirmed you have initiated 2 password resets and both these emails show as SENT / DELIVERED to your email address email@example.com
Can you please double check your entire Gmail mailbox (not just your Inbox but check your Spam/Trash/Junk folders and the the Promotions Category in Gmail too).

We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
