Unable to sign into my account and I could not received email to reset my password.

    Dear Jot Form,

    As I have not received any emails from prospective clients for about a week, I wanted to check if my email was on the "bounce list", which had happened once before.

    I was unable to sign into my account because user name/password did not match. I then submitted the form to reset password.

    Over the last 12 hours I have submitted this 4 times but have not received an email so I can reset.

    From my website www.uzbekjourneys.com I also submitted a contact query and this has not arrived either.

    I would be most grateful for your urgent attention.
