Email Notifications: Sender name and reply-to email address are the JotForm default instead of custom info.Asked by snjrose on November 01, 2016 at 12:07 AMHowever, that doesn't solve the problem of them all being from "Jotform" as the sender instead of my customer's real names and email addresses. This means I can't hit the reply button and have it go to their emails. Always before 10 am this morning the sender's name and email was there. I have always had the notification to be from the fields: "Buyer's Name" and "Buyer's Email".
I have cloned your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/61527901988972 and tested on my end, I can replicate the issue.
I will forward it to our second level so our developers will investigate it and resolve, we will let you know as soon as we get updates regarding this matter.
