    the embed code is

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.ca/jsform/62526400754250"></script>

so do I just make a link like when I put in a webpage in the email?

The embed codes in the Published wizard are used if you are embedded it on a web page or a web builder platform.

You cannot embed a form on an email, this is because script codes are not allowed to be executed on email clients, this is for security purposes and is a standard. If you want to share the forms via email, you can just share the direct link of it:

You can find the direct link of your form in the "Publish"->Link tab:

Here's an example of the direct link of my form: https://form.jotform.com/62925238949975. I can simply share that to users via chat, email, forum post, etc... They can open the form on any web browser with an active internet connection.

If you wish to embed your form on a web page, then you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-form-to-a-web-page

    I hope that helps.
