Do we have a timeframe on resolving the email notification issue?

    We have not been receiving the email notifications for our form submissions. I understand there is an issue that is being worked on and would like to know the timeframe for resolving it. Please provide updates as soon as they are available.

    The issue is still being resolved by our developers. We cannot give you an exact timeframe as of now but we will inform you as soon as the issue is fixed. For the meantime, if you are receiving the emails but they are landing in your spam/junk forlder, can you please take the following steps?

    1. Go to your spam folder and open the email from JotForm.

    2. Mark the email as Not Spam.

    This way, similar emails will land to your inbox for the next notifications.
