Dear Jotform support,
On 29/10/2016, I have sent a request to cancel and refund for my payment (19$) because this is the first time I use JotForm service and I don’t know the JotForm have a system to auto-renewal monthly. After that, I received an announced email from JotForm support, and you said that you have refund for my payment and downgrade my account. After 1 day, I have upgraded my account again with the bronze package, because I have an urgent event. This afternoon, I have contact with banking and they said that my payment on 29/10/2016 was moved on the waiting statement list, so what’s exactly mean ? So that, I must to paid with 38$ for 1 month to use ? Please help me to assist this case. It’s very urgent. Thank you very much

It seems you have re-upgraded again your plan. We have gone ahead and refunded the last subscription payment. And your account is "Free" for now.
