In any case, with regard to the email address issue, if you are missing some, please check your spam/junk mail folder and see if the emails you're looking for is there. If so, may I suggest to please move it to your inbox or mark them as not spam. This way it will help your anti-spam filters to recognize that such emails are safe and important for you.
If this is not the case that you're having, it would still be great if you can provide us more information on your concern. This way, we can give you better assistance.
