Autoresponder : Send on a Later Date Not Working

    Por quê meus emails programados não estão sendo enviados?

    Mas não é este o problema. De fato eu não quero receber notificações de novas submissões. O problema é que os e-mails programados não estão sendo enviados aos destinatários.

    For a better understanding, I am going to explain the logic of Autoresponder on an example. Lets assume that you created your form in October 2, and chose to send an email to recipients on a later date on November 2. People who filled your form between those dates will not get any email until November 2. They will get the email on November 2nd but the exact hour is not definite. After the November 2, people who fill your form will get the autoresponder email right away. In other words your setting is back to the default version.

    I made a test submission on your form. The first three of the autoresponders went to my email as the date of the autoresponders had these dates; October 31,21 and 27. The fourth one did not, as the autoresponder date was set to November 1. That email should come in any hour today.

    I will inform you by tomorrow whether I get the last email or not. If you face any problems,if the recipients did not get the last one or any of them by tomorrow, please contact us again.

    Exemplo, criei um Autoresponder no dia 15 de outubro e programei um novo Autoresponder no dia 27 de outubro. Este do dia 27 não chegou em meu email de cadastro teste, ou seja, não deve ter sido disparado. Estou utilizando uma lista importada. Será por isso?

    I would recommend you to double check your spam folder and mark the messages from Jotform as not spam.
