I see that your account was holding Economy yearly subscription which was due to renew on 17-Oct-2016. I notice that the renewal payment has been failed for this account and so the account is downgraded to Free now. Since the form submissions/views received for the month are more than the limit of a free account, the account is now disabled. If you need to use the forms again, you'll need to upgrade our account to a paid subscription plan.

I've checked your account and I've seen that you have a Bronze plan that has been paid today for 2-yearly. However, you can not revert your account back to economy level. Because the economy plan was our old pricing plan. Currently, we do not use economy plan. you can check our current pricing page here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/
