Stopped receiving form email notifications

    Hello!

    We've noticed we stopped receiving email notifications when someone fills out our contact form. This started on Oct. 28. I looked in the Jotform log and noticed we've had a few more submissions since then, but I don't have the emails in my inbox. I've checked the spam filter as well but didn't find any. Do you know what might be causing this?

    My sincerest apologies, I can't give you enough explanation why this is happening. However, I will update you as soon as this is resolved. 

    The email recipients in your form notification are not in the bounce list. I checked it and I can see that the notification is configured correctly. The mail logs shows that the test notification are being sent.

    I checked this form (https://www.jotform.com/61247415818963) and I didn't see any new submissions. Are you referring to a different form? 

    Please check your spam folder and junk mails. If the emails are in the spam folder, please mark it as "Not Spam".

    If you're still having issues, please try creating a separate email notification for the other recipients.

    Thanks for your response John. Yes that's the correct link. I received two test emails with Lorem ipsum at 10:38am and 10:42am CST, then I received the first live submission later in the day around 3:29pm CST. I've received two more notifications for new entries since. It looks like whatever happened may have been resolved. I hadn't even created a new notification or anything, but it seems to be working now.

    I will keep an eye on it for the next couple days and make sure it continues working. Thanks again for looking into this!

    Hello,

    We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
