How can I download all submissions with all attachments in a separate folder for each submission?Asked by PerKristensen on November 01, 2016 at 09:05 AM
We use Jotform for creating application forms for artists who wish apply to our artist residency and professional training courses. Each submission is therefore a separate application (pdf application with supporting materials attached). It would be very useful if there was a simple way we could download all submissions after the application deadline has passed, in a way where each submission (with a pdf of the form answers and attachments) is downloaded in a separate folder.
We know about the integrations option for instance for Dropbox, but is there a solution for forms where the integration has not been set up from the beginning?
Thanks a lot,
Submissions all submissions all in
You can download first all your form submissions as PDF: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
Then download all attachments for that form in separate folders which are identify per submission ID:
We also have another method that downloads all of your forms as HTML files, your submission data as a CSV file, and uploaded files, all in a single .zip file, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/374-How-to-export-all-of-your-data-at-once

Thank you for the reply. Ok, so it's a 2-step operation. I had hoped there was a single step to download each submission with its own attachments. But thanks a lot for the reply.
