Missing fields from a JotForm

    I had to close a jotform but I accidentally deleted out some fields that I need. The heading, the birth date, and the full name fields. Under list of changes it has them there but I cannot seem to get them back. I really need that data.

    Unfortunately, if you deleted a field, the submission data associated with it will be deleted as well. Please try to use the Form Revision Tool to revert the changes you made to the form.
