Add Sub users

I do not have access to add sub users to my account even though it is part of our package. Please advise on how to ad subusers! 

You can add up to 100 sub-users on your account. Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-share-forms-with-a-sub-account-user 

Please note that adding a sub-user does not mean "inheriting benefits", each person you invite to be added as a sub-user will create their own account. What they can do is to manage your forms depending on the access you have granted them: 

And also create forms for your account. For this purpose they must create the form inside the folder they got share from you in order to have those new forms subject to your account benefits.
