I had a client tell me she submitted a form, but it did not come to my e-mail. I logged in to jotform, and it was there under submissions. is this normal? If she had not told me, I would never have known she had submitted it. Then the next morning I checked again, and another submission had been made. Once again, it did not come to my e-mail

We're having an issue at the moment regarding to email notification going straight to spam folder. Kindly check your spam folder and if you find JotForm mails please mark it as not a spam.
