Customizing a Donation Form use with Stripe and Ontraport

Hello,

I am representing a non-profit organization looking for a solution to create a donation form to be embedded on our Wordpress site that can be customized to received one-time or monthly recurring donations. In addition, we need the user to be able to select credit card or eChecks for payment options. Behind the form, we need the transaction to be processed through Stripe and the user's contact information to be captured in our Ontraport CRM database.

We were referred to a web developer who is who is a Certified Ontraport Consultant. He told us that JotForm already has the ability to integrate with Ontraport and Stripe, so this might be a the way to go for us. Can you please confirm with me that this is true? Also, can you confirm that the customized features I mentioned above can be built in the form?

Finally, we only need 1 form that will be hosted on our website. I see you have a FREE Starter package that limits 10 payments. What would happen if we signed up for the FREE version and received more than 10 donations submissions in a month? Would it block the donation from going through or just bill our JotForm account for the added use?

You can definitely integrate with Stripe: https://www.jotform.com/help/190-How-to-Integrate-Stripe-with-your-Form

Unfortunately, we do not have an echeck integration, nor for Ontraport within our interface.

If you reach the 10 monthly payments limit in a free account, you won't be able to receive any submission, you will need to wait until the first day of the following month for the counter to reset.

Thank you for your reply. So I understand you are saying the eCheck integration is not available. I assume you mean that eChecks are not available with any payment gateway using Jotform?

Spot on, that's correct. All our payment processors don't support eCheck payments.

That's correct too - We don't have an integration with Ontraport yet. However, there are a couple of workarounds you can try.

1. Use Zapier https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/ontraport/

2. Use Itmooti https://app.itmooti.com/home/
