We have not changed our settings but the email notifications are not being received.

I can see that you are a sub-user of this account (phowtx). I checked this form (https://www.jotform.com/52374447672967) and I can see that the notification is configured correctly.
The email recipient (esl@r**e.edu) is not in the bounce list. The mail logs shows that the notification are being sent successfully.
Please check your spam folders and junk mails. If it is in the spam folder, please mark it as "Not Spam".
If you are referring to a different form, please let us know so that we can further investigate.

We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
