We are not receiving any emails when people complete the forms on our website. It's hard for us to keep track of our customers if don't receive any emails.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please check your Spam mail section. If you find JotForm mails please mark it as not a spam.

We are currently investigating the issue regarding email notifications going straight to the spam. Let us know if the issue still persists.

I checked the spam folder in our inbox, but there aren't any emails from JotForm in there. I looked at the mail logs history as well and all the emails indicate that the emails were sent.

Can you please tell us what is the email address you were checking for the submission you mentioned form your form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/50840107000941?
I also could not find any issue with the email setup of the form. Base on the email logs, email was sent successfully. So the only remaining possible reason not seeing it on your mailbox is it was filtered as spam message.
We will wait for more details on your next response.
