The Geo auto fill widget is not working...please help.

I have tested your form and I can see what you're referring to, I have also cloned your form, removed the widget, updated it and the same problem still happens.
I will forward this thread to our second level so our developers will resolve it as soon as possible, we will let you know once there are updates via this thread.

Your form should be working normally now with the Geocomplete widget.
