We have several application forms with notifications configured to come from the email address entered by the applicant on the form. Under Emails>Notifications>Reply-to Email, we entered the email field from the form. This has always worked correctly until today. Now, suddenly, all of the forms are coming from "email@example.com" - which is the address the notifications are being sent TO, but should not be the address they're being sent FROM.
