Autoresponder not routing correctly

    As of yesterday, we seem to be having problems with a number of forms on our end that have AutoResponders attached. For example, this one:

    After I submit, I am supposed to get an automated message sent back to the email I provide. That is not happening. Also, when the email goes through to the address on file, they do not have the option to reply back to the email field, which is an address on the form. 

    There is no number to call on your website and this is effecting the way we run our business. Please let me know what can be done to resolve this issue.
