I want to make sure that I continue to receive the locked in price that my account says I will. However, I keep getting a notification that payment is not going through with PayPal. I have used PayPal since. What do I need to do to get the payment processed?

It seems that your Paypal account needs to have an updated credit card on file. I've canceled the subscription. The account is back to free, please go ahead and re-upgrade using a different payment method or an updated Paypal account.
