I have recently come against a problem with the reply-to function. When an email notification comes into my email account and I hit Reply, the reply address is my email address and not that of the sender. I have looked at all the answers for this topic and couldn't find anything I wasn't already doing. How can I fix this?

Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences you are facing.
We are having a temporary issue with the Reply-To: field. The issue has been already escalated to our developers and should be fixed within 24 hours. We will let you know once it is completely fixed.

One temporary solution might be to enable the PDF attachment option from the Advanced tab in the email wizard. However, this is not suitable if you have lots of forms affected. Our developers are aware of the issue and should fix this asap. You will be notified here when the issue gets completely fixed.

You should now see your users email address in the reply-to field by now.
