Payment wizard is not loading and just says 'loading'

    Not sure why, it's worked fine before. I've tried on both chrome and safari, I've also cleared my cache/cookies. It just says "loading". If I close out and try again, sometimes the old payment set up/wizard appears vs the updated one.

    I have checked the payment wizard using PayPal and see that wizard is loading fine at my end.

    Are you still experiencing the issue? Could you try logging into a private/incognito window and see if that works for you? Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

    It's working all of a sudden again, I didn't change anything from when I submitted ticket so who knows. Thank you!
