We have an email attached to send a notification when a form is submitted, however, it doesn't appear that those emails are going through (or have ever gone through). I must have done something wrong in the set up but I'm not sure what. Any suggestions?

Hello, since you never mentioned which form you're having issues with, I tried my luck with the most recent form you edited Vulnerable Adult and it shows you're using the following email addresses as your recipients:
I checked both emails and confirmed NONE of them are in our Bounce List.
With that in mind, I strongly urge you to check your entire mailbox (not just your Inbox), and look for the email notifications on your Spam/Trash/Junk folders. If by any chance you see it ended up on your Spam folder, please mark it as NOT SPAM. Most email providers have this option and to give an example, here's how it looks like from Gmail:
Going back, if you could give us the Form URL/ID that you're having issues with, along with the actual email addresses in question, then we can better check it from our end. Hoping to hear from you soon.
