Dynamic Notification Emails

We're thinking of using Jotform to create a gift certificate system for our client. Could we create a field called "Gift Certificate Receiver's Email" and then create a notification email to go out to whatever email address is entered in that field?

You can create different email template on your form, and then use Condition logic (send email message base on answer on the form) to send the email template to the intended recipient.
