It will not let me reset my password. It is asking me to signup for a guest account. How can I change my password?

    Hello Annette,

    It looks like your guest accounts were causing the trouble in proceeding with the password reset instructions. I had deleted both guest accounts and made the request for password reset. Please check your inbox or your spam folder for the instructions.
